Refund and Returns Policy

ORSÚ products are sold and distributed only on the island of Eivissa.

DELIVERIES are free.

The delivery time for our products in stock is 2 working days after receiving the amount of the order. If we do not have a product, we will contact customers to notify the delivery date.

Currently we can only send the order to a delivery address. If you want to deliver it to several different addresses, you must place a separate order for each address.

It can be ordered directly through the website with a previous registration to open the personal account of the clients.

The DISPENSERS, DISPLAYERS and LABELS of the products are free and more can be ordered if the supplied ones are damaged. The price of this material is charged only if the damaged material is not returned.

The form of PAYMENT is made by bank transfer, to the account number ES0721002716190700056183.

Once the transfer has been made, the receipt must be sent by email to orsu@orsu.es indicating name and surname. As soon as the transfer is received, the order will be packed and delivered.


We are sorry for any minor inconvenience that working with a bank that has a small number of branches in our country may cause our clients, but at ORSÚ we are faithful to our principles and we are committed to ethical, transparent and “aware”:

• We want to know what the bank does with our money.
• We want a bank that invests only in socially responsible companies, organizations and initiatives that provide added value of a social, cultural and environmental nature.

CHANGES: in the event that the merchandise arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us by phone to solve the problem within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. The replaced products will be sent back to the customer freight prepaid.

Incorrect submission:

If the products received do not correspond to your order, we will deliver the correct ones without applying any charge.

To accept a return, both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original content untampered with. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.

RETURNS of products will be accepted within the first 5 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions set forth below are met:

• Returns of products that have been tested or used will not be accepted.
• To make a return you always have to contact us so that we can authorize the return and indicate the shipping information. Only previously authorized returns will be accepted.
• All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected, so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
